Fitness Friday #28: The Best Way To Cheat

This Friday is all about cheats! Diet was my biggest struggle and learning to have a healthy relationship with food was key.  If you treat your body right and take care of it, you will enjoy these treats so much more! Plain and simple, if you deprive yourself you will only want it more! You can’t give in to every craving but you also can’t deny every one! Also, this is just a way for me to talk about some delicious food! Here are some of my go-to “cheats”!!

**Side note, if you can find some “cheats” that really aren’t that bad I say go for it! Mine is my homemade pizza, whole wheat crust and reduced fat cheese…You can’t beat it!**

This was also a way to finally use all those food pics I’ve taken πŸ˜‰
