Christmas Leftovers!

Happy Wednesday Cuties!

On Monday I had the day off and we had the most delicious Christmas leftovers and I couldn’t help but share! If you’re anything like us, you have a ton of leftovers and sometimes you want to switch up how you’re having it!

Yesterday morning I decided to make some ham and egg sliders for breakfast and they were absurdly delicious! We love rolls with our Christmas dinner, but since it’s only the two of us, we have a ton left over, so this was a great way to use them!

They were so yummy and so easy! Everything is pretty straightforward with what I did but for the rolls I heated them in the oven with cheese on them at 325 for 4 minutes. This made the cheese melty and delicious! Everything else was done over the stove top!

What kind of meals do you love for leftovers? I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Today I’m back to work but excited about a four day week and another three day weekend ahead!

    1. I feel like I’m going to have to make a really good breakfast sandwich this weekend! Have you ever tried Kodiak Cakes? Also, prime rib sounds absolutely amazing!! Lucky baby!! 🙂
